Jiangsu Beichen Hubang Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beichen Hubang) seizes market opportunities, actively responds to the national call for green and intelligent manufacturing, and makes every effort to
build a green intelligent factory. Beichen Hubang officially broke ground on the new intelligent factory on October 1, 2023. After one year of construction, the highly anticipated expansion and relocation was successfully completed on October 5, 2024. The new factory is located on the more spacious Nanhai Avenue, covering a total area of 28,496 square meters, with a total investment of up to 200 million yuan.
At 10 a.m., a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the new factory, where company’s senior executives and guests from all walks of life witnessed this glorious moment.
In the construction of green intelligent factories, Beichen Hubang has introduced advanced production equipment: intelligent automatic stacking stations, fully automatic foil winding machines, new vacuum drying machines, warehouse with AS/RS, computer-controlled comprehensive transformer testing system, fully automatic robotic bending machines, etc. At the same time, through the application of intelligent systems, the automation, informatization, and intelligence of the production process have been achieved, which has greatly improved production efficiency and product quality, and reduced energy consumption and environmental pollution.
